Super Scientist Zachary taught Mrs. B’s class about thunder. He used a brown paper bag. He blew air inside of the bag, and then popped it. The pop noise happened because the air rushed out when the bag broke. Thunder is the same. It is a rush of air that happens when it is heated by a lightning flash. Lightning and thunder work as a team. After Zachary taught his lesson, all of the students had a turn trying the experiment with a brown paper bag. It was very cool! Great job Super Scientist Zachary!
